Overizon is committed to protecting your personal data and this privacy policy states how Overizon.oi collects your personal data, how we share your information and the steps we take to protect your information.

This policy applies to the website https://overizon.io/ (here “Website”). This Privacy Policy will explain how Overizon uses the personal data you provide to us when you use our website. We ensure that we use your information in accordance with applicable EU law.

    OVERIZON UAB, a corporation organised and operating under the laws of Lithuania, registration N 305704214 with its head office located at Vilnius, J Savickio g.4. Overizon will be the “data controller” or “controller” in relation to any personal data provided to us via email, phone or via Website. This means Overizon is responsible for deciding what type of personal data is required and how we will hold and use it.

    Overizon.oi is a SaaS (software-as-a-service) platform that launches and manages internal partner programmes using a mobile application of an Overizon participant.

    By using or navigating Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Privacy Policy. You should not provide us with any information if you don’t agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy.

    We ensure that your PII is used lawfully, fairly and in a transparent way; collected only for valid purposes that we clearly explain to you; relevant to the purposes we have told you about and limited only to those purposes; accurate an kept updated; kept only as long as necessary; kept in secure.

    The main reason we use your information is to deal with your enquiries and requests about our SaaS services. When you use our Website, we collect information about features you have used, how long have you used them and devices you have used to access the Website.

  • How do we share your information?

    You share your contact information with us by filling in the contact form on the Website.

    We use and share this information inside of Overizon company between some staff members who is dealing with your request.

      We use third parties to help us operate and improve our services. These third parties assist us with various tasks, including data hosting and maintenance, security operations. All our service providers and partners must agree to strict confidentiality obligations.

  • How do we protect your information?

    We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal or transactional information stored on Website.

    • Encryption software is used that enable encryption and decryption of a data stream during transmission
    • Scheduled backups are run twice a month
    • Strong passwords / digital signatures are established.
    • We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and regularly review our information collection, storage and processing practices to update our physical, technical and organizational security measures.
  • How long we retain your PII

    We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes.

    In practice, we delete your information after one year of continuous inactivity, unless:

    • we must keep it to evidence our compliance with applicable law (for instance, records of consents to our Terms, Privacy Policy and other similar consents are kept for five years);
    • there is an outstanding issue, claim or dispute requiring us to keep the relevant information until it is resolved; Keep in mind that even though our systems are designed to carry out data deletion processes according to the above guidelines, we cannot promise that all data will be deleted within a specific timeframe due to technical constraints.
